  • Whether it’s fine art, photography or sculpture: upload an image of high resolution/good quality (1-10) of your artwork.

    Please include the work’s title as well as the mediums used to create it. If a photo series articulate if they include captions in the artist statement section of the form.

    An artists statement is optional, but preferred, an can be provided in the delegated space.

  • 500 word limitation, in any form your heart desires

    Please include the work’s title and format the poetry as you want it displayed. This includes attaching a pdf that displays any line breaks and spacing you desire.

    Also include an image for use as a cover photo, preferably original but including appropriate credits.
